Spanish White Wine
Our limited-release Spanish White is a Xarelยทlo from Penedรจs in Spanish Catalonia. This indigenous grape variety is native to the region and is famously used as the backbone in Cava. Penedรจs is a rare D.O. where every vineyard is now certified organic.ย The aromatics are floral and delicate with a bouquet of lime peel and fresh pear, leading to green apple and a touch of ginger with almond on the palate. The vineyards sit close to the Mediterranean Sea, giving the wine nice salinity and minerality to compliment its bright acidity and juicy fruit. Perfect for evenings on the patio this time of year.
