You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use the Site or purchase MEDLY wines.

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal drinking age and that the person receiving any alcohol shipment is also of legal drinking age.

We strive to accurately depict our wines on the Site. However, variations in vintages, bottle sizes, label design, or product availability may occur.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at our discretion.

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse orders for any reason.

We accept payment through credit card and Apple Pay

Prices are listed in US dollars and may exclude taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

We ship to select states within the United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for eligible regions.

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

An adult signature (21+) is required for all alcohol deliveries.

We are not responsible for delays, inability to deliver due to incorrect addresses, or damage caused by the carrier.
