Shipping Policy

At Drink Medly, we take pride in processing and shipping your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Order Processing

We typically process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
However, processing times may vary at our discretion depending on order volume, product availability, or other factors.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS.
Most shipments arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that we reserve the right to change the shipping method at any time to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Signature Requirements

If your order contains alcohol, a signature from an adult (21+) is required upon delivery.
UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If all three delivery attempts are missed, your package will be returned to us.

To avoid missed deliveries, you have the option to ship your order to a UPS Store or other secure UPS Access Point location for convenient pickup.
