1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If youโ€™re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@drinkmedly.com.
Weโ€™ll review your request and, if eligible, issue a refund or replacement. To help us process your refund efficiently, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your email.

2. Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS, and a signature is required upon delivery.
UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If you miss all three delivery attempts and the package is returned to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund. In such cases, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs if you wish to have the order sent again.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
